MY COLLECTIBLES - THE ALBUM

Released in 2013, this album was a retrospect of my original songs from prior years. It found a small audience of people who loved it, and as a non-charting local artist, who can ask for more than that? This was also a labour of love - my husband Mike recorded, produced and played on it, all the while encouraging me to keep going and get 'er done! It's getting a bit old now, but there are some classics here for me, my greatest hits. I'm still making lyric videos and playing the songs live from time to time, so if a few tunes get "rediscovered" that would be nice. Thanks for listening.

THE INSIDE PAGES

The eco-wallet made sense for packaging the CD, but didn't leave much room for Liner Notes.

I've played with so many talented musicians over the years. They helped to shape who I am as a musician and songwriter, and I'm grateful to ALL of them. I owe many thanks to the Osburns and the generous community of Valley and Fundy Folk musicians. We've shared many great musical moments and small fine pleasures.

I had a dual career in music and business for three decades. I was blessed to work with owners and co-workers (and some special friends) at MCT Insurance who understood and supported my passion for music.

Friends and family are everything. My parents were part of the real job generation - they're both gone now but they proudly applauded my choices and performances, and their wisdom still guides me. Thanks again to Nikki for bringing her graphic design skills to the project, and for bringing two precious grandchildren into our lives (update - three!!)  I thanked husband Mike on the CD jacket, but I need to thank him again. I could not have completed this project without him.
