A love song, a song about love.

Lyrics
TRUE LOVE
A woman’s lonely winter brings a spring of falling tears,
whether she dreams of a candlelit dinner or a summer in Algiers.
The seasons of her longing, the reason for her fears -
true love.
A young man’s search for beauty may not lead where he expects,
until his soul embraces what his tainted eye rejects.
The heart he has to give is the part that he protects from
true love.
Burn the bridges, climb the wall,
it will catch you if you fall.
Hush the voice that holds you back,
it will balance what you lack.
Raise the anchor hoist the sail,
make the call, send the mail.
Take the chance.
Passion has a way of burning hot and turning cold.
Remember what you know, forget what you’ve been told.
And so, letting go is the only way to hold
true love.
Burn the bridges, climb the wall,
it will catch you if you fall.
Hush the voice that holds you back,
it will balance what you lack.
Raise the anchor hoist the sail,
make the call, send the mail.
Take the chance, dance the dance.
Oh, now I know,
but it’s complicated stuff.
Hey, what can I say?
It took me long enough.
