"J" is for January - Words of the Month

* WORDS OF THE MONTH *

Jis for January, and...

JUNK – Dig, haul out, take stock, look, feel all the feels, treasure the treasures, sort and decide - If it’s a solid maybe, for its potential, for its usefulness, then set it aside gently, give it time, with a promise to return; but, if you know it’s junk (and you know)…let it go.

JUDGEMENT – Throw out the negative self-talk that grips and stifles and makes you feel less-than; release the hurt of injustices and slights; don’t engage in mind-changing, no minds are changed and nobody wins; be compassionate; forgive those who may feel badly about themselves and project that onto others. Look closely at judgements you make of others. Set them free.

JETTISON - To get rid of something that is not wanted or needed, as superfluous or encumbering. January is over and done (already!?) Clear the decks for new ideas. Jettison!

There are already some good things on the go for February, that may be Fresh, or Foundational...or Fun!
